I love Kacey and all her songs to date! I am upset that the Country Music Awards show "beeped" out the part of this song because she states "roll up a joint" in it! Really?????? Have they listened to some of the music lyrics out there? I love Kacey's voice and her willingness to say what she feels in her lyrics makes me like her even more! She is truly a great an amazing country music singer!

I want to like this song more. The song itself is OK; competent but not outstanding. I feel as though it could have been better had it been given a stronger, less timidly mainstream, arrangement, and if Musgraves' voice were stronger. She has a cute voice but not a powerful one and that, along with the spineless, predictable, instrumental arrangement, makes the song as a whole even weaker than it should be. I'd love to hear it covered by a rockabilly or punk/rockabilly band with some guts.

Such a lovely, inspirational song. I keep playing it and playing it, I can't get enough! It's a message everyone needs to hear I think. The music is great too, and Kacey Musgraves's voice is sweet and lovely. Wonderful.

This is what modern country music should be: small town feel, clever word play, and subtly pleasant instrumentation. This song continues with the theme found in most of Musgraves' songs; living out a 21st century life in a 20th century town. The feeling of small town claustrophobia is captured brilliantly. This is one of the top two tracks on a wonderful album.

I think Kacey is one of the best new country artist out there today. You can actually understand the words to the song. Follow your arrow and Silver linings are the best two on her album, but all the tracks are good.

This catchy tune is all about self-confidence and just being who you are. Between the message and the melody, I don't know which is better...that's a good thing! Highly recommend you give it a listen.

Ordinarily I don't like country music but I fell in love with the spirit of this little ditty. Gives food for thought, that no matter what, someone will find fault with what you're doing, so live life the way you want. Seriously, you only live once. Plus it's a bit gay, so it works for me!
