The chapters are very short and easy to relate to (only 3 pages each), which made reading a breeze. It was also refreshing that the author spoke directly to the reader, not in the lecture fashion that would have turned this book sour. I definitely feel a major difference within myself after reading Follow Your Heart. I feel calmer and think more rationally about feelings when processing certain situations and if you are someone who, like me, felt lost and needed reassurance that you’re not alone, read this book. It just may give you the epiphany you’ve been searching for, because after all, what is a happy life without following your heart?
Henry Junttila takes you step by step in a gentle way as you uncover who you really are, what you believe, and how to create true happiness for yourself. Most of us don't know how to do that, so we think it's difficult -- beyond our power. But it isn't. And it doesn't take the help of a psychiatrist, either.
The happiness that eludes you can be yours. It's just a matter of knowing the steps to follow. These steps are clear and easy if you make the commitment to do them. It takes some courage to face yourself, but the rewards are worth it.
This book shows you how to attain something we all long for -- an authentic, fulfilled life. No spending thousands on therapy. Here are your answers. This is an excellent book, and it will help you.
Dr. Diane Chesson
I like Henri's friendly style for encouraging people. He is not like other authors that might feel kind of agressive and offensive on the readers.
Henri makes you aware of your mistakes, but from a human point of view, because he is a human too, and he openly admits he's made mistakes as well.
The book is written in a really strightforward way, with no unnecessary stuff. Clear and to the point, which is great because it makes this book really easy to read.
I really recommend this book. Henri gives some valuable advice, and even though not everything might work for you, they definitely will give something to think about, which you can use to make some deliberate improvements on your life.
From this booklet I have learned that my heart is equally important.
The brains of your heart can very well signal the right path to take.
A very useful point of view. After all, God i Love and our heart is the instrument of Love.
I have enjoyed reading this book.
