Some letters are easy, others are a total pain

I wanted a simple block printing to use on fondant/gumpaste for cakes. Some letters like the C, J, N, etc work great. However, as you can see in the advertisement picture, some of the letters are much thinner than others - the B, P, R, A and a few others are super thin. You cannot use fondant that is very moist. It must be almost altogether dried in order to make it work - that plus Pam to help it slide out - and I usually have to make 4 or 5 before I get one that doesn't rip or distort. It just needs a new design to make some letters thicker - and don't get me started on the circle cut outs for the A, P, B and R!
