I bought these because they were a good price and had a ton of colors! I used them to make an ombre layer cake and they were great. They don't have any flavoring to them. The colors and nice and vibrant, a little goes a long way. I love that there are so many shades of each color. Overall a great purchase 👍

I purchased this expecting a vibrant food coloring for a few projects I had in mind.
The first project I was making was homemade sidewalk chalk. I had to add almost the entire bottle just to get a muted color.
I figured I'd give these a different try on royal icing.
So tonight I used it.
I literally added an entire bottle to a 1/2 cup of Royal icing.
It barely showed any color. I added so much it thinned out my icing.
In short don't waste your money on these.
Go with a popular brand. I'd never buy these again.

Words can’t describe how beautiful these colors come out. Vibrant yet soft, delicious-looking and very inviting, bright yet natural. Great variety (12 shades). We used them for slime and egg coloring. AMAZING colors. No smell whatsoever. Convenient packaging, doesn’t drip or spill all over the place. Very important for crafts: comes off easily from mixing bowls and hands (but stays in slime and on egg shells). Another important thing is that mixing different colors produces equally amazing hybrid colors, which is very rare from my experience. I used many good food colors in my life because my kids love doing crafts; It never crossed my mind to leave a review until now. Because mixing these colors was a WOW experience even for an adult... the feeling of joy it gives you and makes you feel like a kid again... and for kids - it’s so satisfying to make something so beautiful with their own little hands. Highly recommend this brand.

This set is a MUST have for whoever bakes. I made my son's cake and all the fondant related with it. I got white fondant and colored it all with this kit. Take a look at the photo and you will see how amazing it is. All the letters are fondant - used a lot of the colors and created the rainbow.
