Producer Bruce takes the ladies on a Cape Cod adventure to unwind. Along the way, Sheila and Marilynn ‘flirt’ their way into several kitchens, discovering a melting pot of sweets and treats from American to Greek to South African and more!

Producer Bruce treats the ladies to Thai rolled ice cream, and in return, they take him to a tres leches cupcake baking lesson. The sisters create a tri-flavored ice cream mold and a tres leches cake frosted with Thai ice tea whipped cream!

The Brass Sisters discover what a food incubator is, learning about chutney, out of the ordinary cookies, and savory rugelach. Sheila and Marilynn whip up cashew and chutney treats into a ‘tower’ of rugelach with balsamic and fluff drizzle.

The Brass sisters meet the Barber brothers of Mainely Burgers. Then, the sisters discover the mystique of Indian dosa at Dosa-n-Curry. After some careful experimentation, the Brass sisters serve up the 'Cheeseburger' Dosa!

The Brass sisters learn how artisan pastrami is crafted, and then take their very own ramen noodle and broth making lesson. The sisters decide to mash the two together and hence the Pastrami Ramen Noodle Kugel is born!
