As a person who just recently started using muscle testing I have come to the realization that my body does have it's own form of knowledge and intuition. This is why I loved this book by Julia Ferré. From personal experience I know that most diets are nothing more than a passing fad so it was great to get confirmation that my own intuition could be my compass to better health. Like most things in life, it takes focus and work but Julia's well thought out plan on Awakening Intuition guides you to a better understanding of your own inner power of intuition. It's also noteworthy to mention that Food and Intuition is a perfect companion to any and all diet plans. I can't wait to read Volume 2.
