We use these brand's seeds to make our products and for some reason this time, it has started tasting sour and some of the seeds are looking rotten! I had to throw almost the entire bag. I am not sure if it was just a bad batch, but I do not recommend buying in bulk if you are not going to use it up in a couple of months. It was a waste of money and effort for us.

Well, I purchased the cashews again! This is my fourth purchase from this seller and I am on my way to buy another pack once I am finished with my review. I admit I cannot get enough of these yummy, fresh, tasty nuts. Every day, I eat and hand full of almonds and a hand full of cashews. In my opinion (and considering my preferences), these cashews are the perfect combination of size, texture and flavour. The cashews are delicately sweet, robust and crunchy. I enjoy experiencing how my mouth and teeth welcome their crunchiness for I only need to chew gently to enjoy the buttery flavour of these incredible nuts. I also buy the almonds from the same seller. What else can I say? Oh, yes, one more thing...So far, my shopping experience with this company has been stellar. As I said, I am going back for more. I've been purchasing the 10lb bag from this company for years. Our family uses that much about every 3 months, give or take a couple weeks. I make a batch of cashew cream every few days & keep it in the fridge for my morning coffee & for oatmeal & other cereals for the kids. It's an easy go to for vegan milk if you're short on time because cashews don't really need soaking. We make creamy sauces for pasta & vegan cheese spread from these as well, but our main use is dairy-free cream.

I saw another reviewer had a bad batch, which I'm really surprised at given my own experience. We've bought this brand for years & have never had never had anything but white, fresh tasting, raw cashews with zero shells. If we ever do receive a bad batch from this company, obviously we'll return it for refund because 10lbs of cashews are not cheap. So far so good for us.

Amazing product!! I have eaten raw cashews plenty of times before but never have they tasted this good. Raw cashews usually have a very slight bitterness to them but these don't. They taste like a great ripe and fresh avocado, extremely fresh actually. Now I'm starting to think that all the cashews I've had in the past were slightly rancid or something.

Although do be aware, this is the second time I bought this product from this company. The first time they actually tasted like regular raw cashews you'd buy in the store. Also, last time they were not the whole cashews, which perhaps effects the freshness. Nevertheless, if you like cashews you definitely won't be disappointed. Even if you're not a fan of cashews this product MAY dramatically improve your perspective.
