This product was a big hit! Everyone loved that they can switch between hotpot and Korean bbq. The product shipped in perfect shape, and is a lot bigger than expected. A lot of my friends were asking me to send them the product link because they wanted to buy one themselves and for their loved ones. I highly recommend this as a Christmas gift.

I was missing KBBQ and have been scouring for a great way to do this. I rarely shop Amazon Prime eligible items and I was a little hesitant on buying this, but then when I received this - I was pleasantly surprised. The shipping was quick and definitely packed well.
I was very happy knowing that this was easy to clean, as I had doing this part. Warm water and soap that you use with all dishes, and no submersion in water - just use a cleansing cloth or non abrasive sponge.
The use itself is very good. The cord is long enough to operate a large table to put it in the middle. Our table is 77"L x 37"W x 30"H to have a good grasp at the middle. It is a huge for our table, but we make it work.
It gets hot gradually, and it is very powerful. Use caution when using this. The dials are wonderful and you can choose the heat settings separately, one for the pot and one for the grill.
Good buy - would buy again!

Bought this for the hubby as an anniversary gift and it was a HIT. We have a small apartment so we’ve had to get creative in everyyyy way. The fact this is 2 in 1 is extremely helpful as well as how easy it is to clean (we were sketch about the directions too but it’s still working and has caused no issues, odd smells etc!). I do wish however that the cord was longer and that there were better instructions. Regardless, extremely easy to use and the food came out AMAZING. We’ll be making it apart of our weekly date nights AND it’s def great for when we have family over! The shape is amaaaaazing and it’s great portion sizes (my hubs 6”3, 280lb and only refilled twice and was good!) and in only 5ft, 100lb so I was absolutely full!

This is the most amazing, 2-in-1 game-changing piece of dinner party equipment ever. Great design, so those who love broth based hot pot dishes will be blown away, while the barbecue area cooks whatever you love to perfection. The beautiful thing is that all the prep - ie slicing up the raw materials, Is easily done beforehand in minimum time, then everyone can sit down together and enjoy. We bought ours only a couple of weeks ago and we have used it three times already. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Just get one! Service was great..it arrived next day. It has paid for itself twice over.

Wanted to try out hotpot and saw reviews on this one so, gave it a try. Was delivered in time and I tried the hotpot the same day after cleaning it as per instuction book that came with it. Got some tofu, mushroom and dumplings ready and started the hotpot with sauce that was recommended by Amazon . :) it went really well. No spillage and burning hands . Needed a bit caution on cleaning it up.. not getting water into any electric part...so I would recommend to think how to clean it before getting it under the tap . Curently had hotpot for three nights :) striaght and has shoen no issues .

The product arrived quickly and was very well packed. The box is nicely presented and would make a great gift.
Their is minimal bits that require putting together. The device itself is easy to use with only two controls.
The bbq plate gets very hot and cooks chicken, beef and vegetables with ease. I does take a bit of getting used to as its such a different way of cooking to throwing a meal together in a kitchen.
Once you get used to the challenge of cooking it makes for a really great night in. We spent 2.5 hours round the table and had a great laugh.
I want to address a lot of reviews about smoke. I didn't use fatty meats and 100% did not get any smoke at all. Steam yes, smoke no. I cooked on my dining table and have a smoke alarm directly above, no issues.
Secondly the wire did not seem to get hot for me and no issues with sockets.
Advice - ensure meats are cooked really thin.
Buy some Gyoza's and put water in the hotpot section. boil till piping hot then place on the BBQ for a bit. When you are done cooking your Gyoza's add your stock.
