secondly, the notion advice, while overall decent, focuses on the fringe idea that food can change the acidity or alkalinity of your blood. it c ant. it goes through this highly acidic chamber that reduces it to parts called the stomach. if your blood radically changed oh, your heart would stop. but, plenty of people believe the theory the author espouses and live happy lives, so I'm not getting any further into it.
thirdly, gluten is not evil. a tiny percentage have celiac disease, and some people feel better when they don't eat it, but cutting it, and all dairy, out of a young child's diet is just too restrictive, in my experience as a pediatric nurse.
The use of sundries tomatoes to replace bacon bits in salads is genius. couple of good salad dressings, too. overall, if you are living off Cheetos and hostess, this is better. My fear is that it is so extreme that people don't try, or that they will create huge nutrient gaps .
If the books name was changed to say, the Food stamp Raw Diet Juicer Book, I might have been less disappointed. despite the entertaining, f bomb blasting, this is me style of writing, the book itself didn't do much for me. I hope her next book is something that clicks with me, because to read this Woman is to love her
