I can't say enough about this cookbook. I love love the tasty recipes using ingredients from the earth with fabulous flavors. I have thoroughly enjoyed the nutrition knowledge and was so fun to read the authors stories makes it so personal. Highly recommend if you want to make eating healthy interesting and connect the dots on why avoiding certain things. Well done
Tanda's book is a wealth of information put in concise and simple words. Her recipes are simple, easy to follow and made with foods from the earth! I spent 2 days with Tanda in April listening to her speak on health and wellness and she knows her stuff! I carried this book around for 5 days when I first got it and I look forward to any book that Tanda publishes in the future. A must for your kitchen!!
As a nurse anesthetist, I see many patients daily with many health issues. I only wish I could give this guide/cookbook to every one of them! It really paints a picture of what health is all about, and I find it's a great tool for my daily life.
