Trash: Expensive for garbage quality

Total garbage. I bought a food saver vacuum sealer a couple months ago and overall have been unimpressed, wasted $150 on a sub-par product. I've included a picture of the box for the sealer I bought which included a variety of rolls. After reading some bad reviews here I figured I better compare and I'm glad I saved a small piece of the original roll to compare. First notice how the original bag is wider than the one I got with this order, interesting given how they're both supposed to be 11 inches. Next notice the difference of the interiors, a little tough to see in the pic but the original roll on the left has actual channels while this oder has just little studs not connected in any way. Next notice all the wrinkles and creasing in the rolls, as someone else suggested these seem to be the quality control rejects they're just panning off via Amazon. Next notice how the product unmade in China, funny given how much the company spews their lies about quality. Read through some of the product questions where FoodSaver gives an answer. I noticed two trends both involving misrepresentation. For instance, someone asks if the bags contain BPS and FoodSaver answers they don't contain BPA, they don't even care enough to give an honest answer or take the time to read the question, and for many questions where people ask about if these bags can be used for a specific task the recommendation is always to buy one if their more expensive bags which seems to imply these aren't of any quality or value despite the lies in the description, why bother getting these and not a less expensive off brand if these won't even stand up to basic tasks. That's what I would recommend. I'm returning these garbage rolls and spending my money on a less expensive but better quality product. FoodSaver is cheap made in China junk that just has brand recognition.

Not quality Food Saver Bags

I love my food saver, and was thrilled to find this five roll pack $10 cheaper than I pay at Walmart, but the bags I received were not the same quality bags I've got before. I was bagging up 80 pounds of chicken and part way through opened this box because I wanted to use the 8 inch rolls. These were lighter weight, and the textured side was textured on both sides. The bags I've always had before were textured only inside on one side. The bags wouldn't seal, or sealed with air still inside the bag. I called Food Saver, and they asked me to send them pictures also, saying they hadn't changed the design of their bags. I finished up the chicken with the 11 inch roll I had from the last box. The pictures show the box the defective rolls came in and compares a 11 inch roll from the Walmart box and the Amazon box to show the difference. Amazon is going to refund my money, but a simple project turned into a complicated mess and hours on the phone. Check your box-the original Food saver bags are great, these are nothing but junk. Would give no stars if I could.
