These are fairly large pills. I like that they are contained and I can throw them in a baggie to take with me. Sometimes they get stuck in my throat if I don’t take them with enough water. You have to take a few at a time to see a benefit.

Well made good quality. 💊 A side note, be very very careful swallowing these. 💊 I had one stuck in my throat and almost could not get it out. After, I read that it is common for psyllium husk pills to get stuck in the throat because they swell with moisture, so please be careful. I was so scared I would not swallow it in capsule pill form again myself. But I would open it and use it as it is a great product made by a great company that I trust, I use this company for other supplements all the time.

This product is great and compared to Metamucil which I have been on for years now. It was much lighter on my stomach and because it didn't have all the other ingredients in it that Metamucil does, I didn't feel sick or have a after taste or have any sugar or artificial coloring. Since I am allergic to so much, and have severe Crohn's disease this has helped me to stay regular and without struggling or having the runs. In a sense, it keeps me normal. I would recommend that you take at least the 2 times a day, I personally do the 3, only because I have Crohn's and that is what works for me.

Psyllium husk is so good for your digestive system and can help you so much, but many of times people so not like the taste or the feel of the powders (like Metamucil), which I have used for years and when I cannot take it, I used the pills.

I do find that Metamucil does work well, however with all the extra artificial colors, sugar, and additives, I just don't want to take it anymore. I want something that is make naturally and not have to add things to make it work.

I tried the sugar free version of Metamucil until I found out it has aspartame in it and then, I stopped that. I am highly allergic to aspartame and it turns to formaldehyde at 96 and your body temp is usually 98. So I figure this is not something I want in my body.

Sugar is a big issue I have with my Crohn's, any added into something, tends to cause me problems.

The great thing about this product is your not getting all those other additives, you just get the psyllium husk and these are veggie capsules, so they shouldn't bother you.

Another great thing about this product, is you get twice as much and at a reasonable price. NOT like Metamucil which charges and arm and a leg for only 26 days of pills.

I would suggest anyone to compare them, and see how much not only that you feel better, but you can save.

By the way, my bottle of pills looks just like the stock picture. With all the information.

If I could make one suggestion to the seller, try and take all sides and angles to the bottle, so people can see every detail, it makes it easier for them to make a decision. I know I had to read reviews and to ask others questions, before I made my decision on this product.

I also do not endorse any product that I personally do not use. So, by recommending this product know that I PERSONALLY USE THIS!!!
