An adhesive backing keeps them securely in place while preventing slipping with or without hosiery. Killer Kushionz are made to fit women’s sizes 5.5 to 10, but can be trimmed from the heel if necessary. Each insert measures 8” from toe to heel.

This product really delivers! I needed to wear nylons with my regular heels but they caused my feet to slide forward pressing, no jamming the toes into the corners of my shoes, it caused so much discomfort that I immediately went online to find a solution. I typed my concern into google, ran across a website for Foot Petals, I was astonished to find my exact problem discussed in detail. I am a Prime member so I immediately searched Amazon for Foot Petals, found them & places an order. I wore them today & my feet no longer slid forward & my toes stayed comfortably in place! Yay!!! Thin and cushy, but not a miracle worker!

I bought these to cover the insoles of some heels that were wearing out, so I was hoping they wouldn't be so thick as to make the shoe too tight. I was pleased: they were surprisingly cushy and thin at the same time. I find them comfortable, but the shoes themselves were comfortable to begin with. If you are trying to cushion a shoe with an uncomfortable arch angle, it probably wouldn't help too much. I would buy these only if you are either trying to cover a worn insole, or trying for a tiny bit of extra padding to mitigate the discomfort of a sole that is too hard.

I just got these today and are comparing them to some other gel/padded inserts I've been experimenting with. I think these are my favorite. The material is thin but dense... more dense than the cheap foam pads, but not as dense as some of the other silicone gel pads that are sold on Amazon. Overall, the material feels great and is not sticky on your bare feet, which is a big deal because I wear most of my heels barefoot. And I like the amount & feel of the padding. It does have an adhesive strip on the back. I realize that I would like for these to be reusable from shoe to shoe. So, I peeled off the paper to expose the adhesive and then rubbed my fingers across the adhesive to make it a little less sticky. I got it to where it is "tacky", which is what I want. Sticks nicely to the shoe, but peels off easily as well. When the tackiness is gone, I will experiment with double-sided tape, like the little spots used in scrapbooking. Overall I'm very happy.

Placement is key with these things.... I would suggest trying it out & marking the shoe before final application. I have even doubled them (of course depending on how wide or narrow your feet/shoe is) with the “ball of feet” petals and received good results. And....when all is said & done....a Lil deodorant (for slippage) on the bottom of your foot, sure doesn’t hurt 😉😜!!!!

I needed the Killer Kushionz for a pair of shoes that were loose-fitting. The cushions made a big difference in the fit of the shoes so they were easier to wear. Additionally the cushions took some of the pressure off the balls of my foot. They are no-show on sandals/toeless shoes.

I got these for some strappy stiletto sandals, I wore the shoes previously to an event and immediately had trouble standing/walking in them. I had an immediate burning feeling in my soles so I purchased these insoles. Thank god I brought two extra pairs of shoes with me! I was able to walk and stand in the shoes with these insoles, uncomfortably for about 45 minutes, but not in excruciating pain like previous. I was hoping for a miracle with these insoles but was sadly disappointed. Three stars because it did make the shoes a bit better.

I love this brand. And I've been using these inserts for years. I've seen them do test on television to show how much shock they absorb. They dropped a bowling ball on it to show shock absorption. Meaning it will not hurt your hips, walking with these in your shoes. And I don't have to adjust my shoe size to wear these.

I used these in a pair of wedge sandals in which my feet would slide forward and crush my toes against the straps all the time. After putting these in, I no longer have that issue!
One thing I would improve would be to extend the adhesive to the whole surface on the bottom. Right now, there's an inch on the front and back with no adhesive underneath. It hasn't budged so far but I'd like the extra security.
Otherwise, impressed with the product!

Far too long for UK size 3

These are too long for a UK size 3 shoe. Can't get shaped part at widest part of shoe unless the back sticks out the back of the wedge sandal. Also they are the wrong shape and will not go into the shoe straight. Expensive waste of money as I opened the pack to fit them and now can't return. Will try cutting them but not hopeful. Looking at the amount that overhangs, I think size 4 would also struggle. Probably ok from a 5 upwards.
