Hey everyone just wanted to connect real quick. While I was writing "Footsteps" I found myself so deep into the drama that I could see things happening even when I wasn't writing. For instance, I was on the airplane and a man walked by me and I thought ...serial killer. Not a very kind statement but it was the first thing that came to mind when I saw him. Footsteps consumed me and even my Mom was asking what was wrong with me ...lol. Well the only thing wrong was that the more I wrote the more I saw Albert in the world. That in itself was scary. But then there were moments of Leah. The good that dots the I's and crosses the tee's. Leah was a warrior and I saw that in people like Venus and Serena Williams. Strong determined beautiful young black women who could kick your butt if needed. Footsteps is the 3rd of four books that I wrote. It is the first that has been officially published the others are on a self publishing website. Lulupress.com and you may go to my website at oneblackrose.webstarts.com. All I can say is that horror is in my blood and when you read my work it will be in yours as well.
