About the Author
Technology gives us the ability to work remotely. Curiosity, wonder and boredom drive us to the far reaches of the world. Put the two together and you have Life Remotely. We've spent the past fifteen years traveling and working around the world. In October of 2011 we left our home in Seattle and headed south. Our goal: drive to Patagonia and spend the night in Antarctica. From there, who knows. Learn more about us at www.LifeRemotely.com

Only two complaints:
Why didn't this come out sooner?!? We just finished driving the Pan-Am and this book would've been a great breakup from the monotony of what we usually cooked on the road. The Life REmotely crew does a good job of including interesting dishes that add variety to any travel menu. Great job Jared, Kobus, and Jessica.
Seriously, you should buy the book...better yet, contact these guys if you're in the Seattle area and have them cook for you.
A top-notch list of mouthwatering recipes, with easy to follow instructions--we will no longer have to live on pasta salad alone! (Although if you are looking for a quick and easy pasta salad recipe, one can be found in this book...)
The only down-side is that looking at all the photos of delicious road-tripper cuisine will make you hungry. Very hungry.
