I've had the bucket less than 2 months. It's been working great, keeps ice well frozen even in 100°+. However yesterday one of the rivets holding the handle on one side broke off. Filed with ice it's too heavy for the single rivet left, and that one is about 1/2 broken out. Amazon wants me to send it back. I buy from Amazon so I don't have to bother with shipping stuff. Perhaps a new one sent to me would be the simplest answer, then I could raise my score.
UPDATE-I was finally able to find a way to contact the seller, sent an email on a Sunday afternoon. Within hours I received a reply. Over the next few days we emailed back & forth as I explained the problem with what turned out to be a handle screw not a rivet. The seller was very helpful & very much wanted to make things right. They sent me a new ice bucket, no charge. I live in So. Cal. w/ no ac, it gets in the high 90s in my house & this keeps ice frozen 6-10 hrs. Terrific ice bucket. Don't buy any plastic ones, buy this one.

I loved my little ice bucket when I first got it but after using two times the rivet fell out of the side handle and will not screw back in. Now it’s garbage since I’m past the return window.
