I think you have to be sensible when it comes to what you expect from this. I have severe ADHD, MS, LD, TN, congested heart failure, etc…
basically (the short list-) I’m exhausted, in pain, & all over the place.
However, life doesn’t slow down for me. Rather then complain. I do what I can to be as healthy as possible. Considering I’m only 44, great weight, active, etc… a lot of what is wrong with me is genetics & shit luck. lol
This is 1 of those products that helps with the brain fog, being tired, & concentration. With that said- I’m also on medications, use other supplements, & eat healthy. This is not a miracle- but can help with the right expectations & combined with other things you may need. That’s up to you & your Dr. Its worth a try.

I'm in grad school & I've been drinking the Focus elixir mix for several weeks now. I was looking for something to help me stay focused during my evening classes but without caffeine. I want to say it's effective, but I honestly don't know whether it's the mix or a placebo effect. I'll probably keep using it regardless (whatever works, right). It smells kind of savory - a lot like bone broth, but the flavor is super subtle. I drink it plain but you could totally add it to coffee or hot chocolate & you probably wouldn't even know it was there!

Hmmmm I'm still deciding my thoughts on this one! I made it hot and didn't add anything to it so I could taste it by itself. It has an earthy taste to it that I can't decide if it is unpleasant or not. It seems a little pricey for the quantity that I received but, if I get the mental effects then it'll be worth it. As of yet, I'm not certain if I am or not, but I will update my review if I change my mind.

This is a very bitter tasting elixir especially when added to coffee-it doubled the bitterness; also I experienced dizziness and stomach upset every-time I drank it so I stopped and I haven’t felt sick since. I still give it 4 stars because I’m sure it is good for your overall health.

Eigentlich dachte ich ich hole mir die Sachets fürs Büro um ggf mittags mal einen Energieschub bekommen zu können. Aber das Zeug schmeckt so eklig, das ich am überlegen bin obs ich es wegwerfe. Flux mal 30€ in den Sand gesetzt. Kann vom Kauf nur abraten und sich lieber reines Cordyceps Pilzpulver zum einrühren bestellen. Das hat keinen Geschmack wie Erbrochenes.

There's 2 versions of the Four Sigmatic Cordyceps available on Amazon, one which is £19.07 and the second one which is £30.29.
The second one is supposed to be an updated version, as you can see on the product picture it says "Upgraded recipe" and the label on the bottom says "REVIVE with CORDYCEPS".
That's not what I received. I've put some pictures of the product I received, and it taste and feel exactly as the £19.07 product.
