Product Description
Theis Fox 2.0 Performance ATS Steering Stabilizer fits 07-16 Jeep Wranglers with stock & 1 3/8" tie rods.
The FOX Performance Series Adjustable Through Shaft (ATS) steering stabilizer offers unrivaled steering control and a striking high tech appearance. The technologically advanced design cancels unwanted steering forces in both directions, taking the place of two conventional opposing stabilizers. It will also respond to your input with 24 clicks of external adjustment to fine tune the feel. The integrated reservoir allows for additional fluid capacity and improves cooling during extreme use. Also included is FOX's relocating hardware that moves the steering stabilizer up and out of the way utilizing a new track bar relocation bolt and 1-3/8" tie-rod mounting clamp. An optional 1-5/8" mounting clamp is available for larger aftermarket tie-rods. The ATS represents a revolutionary breakthrough in stabilizer design.

This is the second stableizer I have installed, first one matched the original OEM, this Fox unit installed February 2022.
Fox unit has cured my death wable issues, I have it set at mid way point. I over did it on this unit with my tire size, my brother in a 2018 Jeep all stock purchased the Fox non adjustable and it worked for him curing his death wable. On the OEM unit it was easy to push and pull the stableizer, Fox unit even at the lowest setting was way harder to operate by hand.
It's very simple to install and takes about 30 minutes and that includes gathering tools. All nut and bolts are included and very clear instructions.
Cost of the Fox unit is costly, but, I did not want my wife driving it and her experience the wable,
My only issue is what took ME so long to purchase Fox! I should have done this year's ago.
I have a Mopar 2" lift with 35s on a 2016 JK. I also did not have any clearance issues. I did not use the new track bar relocation bolt Fox included because I already was using the Synergy steering stabilizer relocation bracket.
Installation was super fast as I had already removed the OEM tie rod clamp. For those doing that for the first time, I was able to easily pry and open the OEM clamp wide enough to clear the tie rod bar using two large adjustable wrenches. You will need a torque wrenches that are capable of 12 foot pounds (tie rod clamp 3/16" allen head bolts ) and 60 foot pounds on the stabilizer side of the Fox track bar relocation bolt. Note: OEM trackbar bolt/nut is 125 foot pounds. Fox also recommended blue Loctite for the tie rod clamp bolts.
I experienced good customer service with Fox when I called them with a installation question with shocks that I purchased concurrently.
This was an expensive item, but I am very happy with the purchase and performance thus far. I have mine set midway.

PS; If you have the death wobble already then that’s a different story. This is not the solution to your death wobble.

PS; If you have the death wobble already then that’s a different story. This is not the solution to your death wobble.
I was running a DUAL shock steering stabilizer but the shocks were working against each other causing more problems because of un-even shock resistance and inconsistent bleeding.
Once I replaced the dual system with this one my problems were completely cured.
I highly recommend replacing the track bar when doing this upgrade since the Fox steering stabilizer bolts to the existing track bar mount and you'll have to pull the factory track bar both out to install this kit. I would go the extra step and just replace the factory track bar with a heavy duty adjustable one.
All hardware is included in this kit and installation is super easy.
