Few words of advice. Use spray with flour or butter. The crevices can stick with regular spray or just regular oil, especially if you have something sticky (I lost almost all of my espresso madeleines because espresso powder is sticky).
Don't fill with more than a teaspoon of batter. I have done dozens of recipes, and anything more than a teaspoon overfills the cavity.
Although it is labeled as being "non-stick", I can't address that as I (by habit and tradition) bruch melted butter and dust with flour before adding batter.
Other than that unknown, the pan is easy to clean and easy to store.
One of the best purchases I've made in a long time.
All you need to know is how to make the batter and you are in business.
My wife is an amazing baker.
My only complaint is I cannot control my lemon cookie urges.
