So it’s my first time making donuts and honestly I didn’t know what to expect but I do know when it’s a good pan but I’m a baker and I bake all the time. The sturdiness of this pan is so impressive! And also just the quality of it! And price! So worth it! I used Pam on it when I baked my donuts. One thing I would say is that one side of the donuts will be more brown than the other side which is make the meh part about the pan but otherwise it cooks evenly, easy to clean and I would totally buy it again.

Worked just fine! I wish they had put the measurements of the whole pan so I would of been more inclined to buy two. Whole pan is about the size of a sheet of paper. I will post pics, my donut recipe rose quite a bit, so the donuts were large. My recipe made two pans of donuts. The ONE TINY donut you see is when I had the end of the recipe and put it in one. They all should of been filled like that so they would look more like donuts. The tiny one was filled LESS than half full. The other large donuts were filled to the level with the pan. I used a Ziploc bag and cut a corner off to pip the batter into the pan easily. Any donut recipe you use will work, just make sure to cut the time down for the mini donuts. These took about 6-7 minutes.

These Fox Run non-stick mini donut pans are fantastic, and for the price, you can't beat it. It truly is non-stick and you won't "beat up" your donuts trying to remove them from the pan.

Most donut recipes featured online or otherwise are for the regular sized 6 donut pan and I often find that when using one of these recipes in conjunction with the 12 mini donut pan, I often have some batter left over. This is not a criticism, just an observation and something that should be kept in mind.

Cleaning the non-stick mini donut pan is super easy and that's always a plus for me as I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and washing up pots/utensils and dishes.

Of course, I can only speak of my own experience. The pans are OK. They're not terribly flimsy, and they're not hard to clean. Cleaning is a bit of a nuisance since each doughnut mold has to be cleaned individually; but it's quite easy. I have five of these trays. I wanted to make one large batch of doughnuts and I didn't want to have to clean the trays between batches. In all five of them the doughnuts stick. Oh, they come out easily enough with a little help from a curved, flat plastic tool (meant for peeling oranges). They're not a pleasure to use, but they wouldn't discourage me from making the doughnuts. By the way I fill the molds using a funnel; that makes it easy. I'd get these trays again, but only because I haven't found anything better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them with the above explanation.
