Fox Run is pleased to offer a variety of cooling racks to fit kitchens and baking projects both big and small.
A baker's essential! End the baking process profoundly by placing your fresh-out-of-the-oven cookies, cakes, and breads on these Stackable Cooling Racks. Made of durable, lightweight chrome, this set includes three stackable cooling grids, which will elevate your baked goods for uniform cooling and nice, crisp undersides. Perfect when baking a large amount of cookies or when counter space is limited. The racks can also be used individually to keep lightweight hot pots and dishes off the table or countertop to avoid heat marks or stains. The cooling grids' wires are set close enough together to support cakes and prevent cookies from slipping through. Don't end up with less-than-perfect baked goods due to poor cooling. A must-have for bakers everywhere.

I like these a lot
I live in a pretty small apartment and these are great because there are not so big and they can stack
I uses them for cookies 🍪 mainly
When they are folded they are pretty slim which is also good
The only problem is when I make bread 🍞 the space between the racks is not large enough to fit them to cool
The smaller bottle and it's tip is perfect for the edging. They are soft to squeeze and once you get the hang of it, you can practically write your signature with them. I was feeling confident.
One inherent problem is that they are SMALL...the small bottle holds 1/3 of a cup--do you know how many times you have to refill that for a single batch of cookies? Many. I made about 5 dozen large cookies, and I had to refill those bottles about 5x each.
The larger "flood" bottle holds about 12 ozs--which is adequate for getting a good number of cookies covered, and with it's larger opening, much, much easier to fill
One problem with the "edge" bottle is the screw-down collar is FRAGILE. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN IT. One out of the 2 bottles' collar has already broken--and I am not hard on my tools. Now, I am down to one edging bottle from this kit.
All of them are super soft and easy to use. All of them seem almost 'non-stick'--the icing slips right out of them. They are easy to clean by letting them soak in a bowl of hot soapy water for a while.
All in all, they are an OK product--just wish the components that would get the most wear--notably the screw-on collar--were of a more durable quality.
I gave this 4 stars because it for its intended purpose (cooling baked goods), it seems like it would be effective. It's fairly sturdy (does move around a tiny bit, but it'll definitely hold up a cake or cookies), and my only complaint there would be that the "hinges" for the legs protrude up a bit (less than 1/8") into the tray, which would press into anything cooling over it. Also, the legs for the rack above each sheet eat up 1/2" of space across the entire width of each end.
