About Frans Groenendijk
Frans Groenendijk has not seriously been threatened, although he openly states that during his life time he wants to see Mohammedanism defused worldwide.
He was born in 1953, the year that part of his country was temporarily reclaimed by the sea. His birthplace Schiedam suffered little damage, however.
He comes from a Catholic working class family and studied social sciences and then some.
Worked in ICT, later in education, as a math teacher mostly. Was involved in leftist political parties in the seventies, eighties and part of the nineties. He feels no shame or remorse about this, just some regret.
After the murder of Theo van Gogh by a devout young Mohammedan, he explored theory, practice and history of Mohammedanism. This led to his first book: "Islamophobia? A levelheaded answer".
The launching of it was accompanied by a stir. The manager of the conference center where this would take place, claimed that he could not guarantee the safety of those present and cancelled it. Two weeks later the manager of the international press center showed a little more spine. However the local police, alarmed by the left-wing cry baby managing the other venue, advised him to take special security steps, but did not provide any protection 'because the meeting was not in the public space'...
The first copy of the book was handed to a young ex-Muslim woman of Moroccan descent.
According to his facebook page Groenendijk admires South Park as well as Winston Churchill.
