As well as working in the public sector Fraser served as a volunteer college pastor and as a vocational youth pastor for a total of twenty five years in three countries. During this time he also intentionally recruited, developed and encouraged leaders in their teens, 20s and 30s. He now writes in his spare time to motivate, support and educate those in their first half of life and leadership. His first book brought together youth pastors from across four continents; a second edition covering five continents will be published in 2018. More books on leadership, bible characters and mentoring are in the pipeline.
Fraser is married, has two grown up children and lives in Scotland. He rarely misses 'Match of the Day' (weekly British football/soccer highlights). He holds a B.A. (Hons) Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Denver Theological Seminary, Colorado, U.S.A. Author website: www.firsthalfleadership.com
