I loved the sex! I loved the alpha males, I even loved the supporting characters that weren't the bad ones. I can't get over the fact that six weeks isn't that long to control ones self in the big picture of things and the world of shit that makes six weeks look like no time at all. I loved Alex. LOVED
However now I'm wondering if I'm going to just file him away as another causality of the writing/selling/buying war that is happening on ebooks more and more now. At least give the readers some sort of loose date... Feels like I was cheated
I am usually not a big reader of military romances, although I do have family members who are retired military and I do know some active duty Marines...so this book was out of my usual genres... AND oh boy did I like it!
By the time I was half-way through this one, I wanted to be zip-tied up by Sgt. Cruz and ravaged as well...LOL...that Cassie was a lucky girl =)
I really don't know the logistics or reality of fraternizing in the military or even how accurate it was in how they were able to get away with what they did so easily, but I loved every second of their lustful, hot as hell affair. I am really glad I kept this one unread on my kindle until book 2 came out, because it ends on a big cliffhanger and now I don't have to wait.
I didn't give this one 5 stars only because some of the things that happen and some of the supporting characters were too stereotypical...but it was really a very steamy and action packed book from start to finish!
**** 4 **** HOT military men stars =)
