Got cream? Half Pint is an artfully blown and molded glass creamer that captures the comforting familiarity of a mini milk carton, just like the ones Mrs. Fontaine used to pass out in the school cafeteria. Simple, elegant, whimsical - it's a gem de la crème. Hand-wash only. Measures approximately 3.77"(W) x 4.39"(H) x 2.95"(L)

The first thing I noticed when opening the package is that the cartons are made of what feels like extremely thin glass and even thinner glass at the creases and corners. I was concerned that they wouldn't last but after a few cocktails and a few washes, I'm not too worried.
They're a pain to wash but cute as hell. Get them.
I wrote that review a few days ago, and since then, I e-mailed Fred and Friends to tell them that their milk carton was not glass. I want to be honest and let you know that I was incorrect about that statement. Deb Dempkowski, e-mailed me from Fred and Friends, and said it is made from a special, delicate glass called borosilicate glass, and that it can break if placed in a dishwasher. Last night I gifted three of my friends with the Half Pint and they absolutely loved it. So I am sorry for jumping to the wrong conclusion and felt I needed to right a wrong. Chris Schubert
I wish I could attach a picture here it's FAKED so badly that its hilarious!
One interesting fact is that the fake product was packaged (inside the box) in a snug Styrofoam holder, while the original (in addition to the brand name and barcode PRINTED on the box) was just wrapped in bubble wrap (as F&F products should)
I can't believe that AMAZON it letting this happen, especially when I'm not the first to complain about this. (3 reviews up!)
The glass on this product is very thin and fragile, the item is hand wash only (you'll probably have to get in there with some kind of bottle brush), and it is made in China. I was willing to put up with these because it was cute.
However, the one I received had a disproportionately large, odd-shaped spout that couldn't exist on a real milk carton. It was sort of top-heavy and physically impossible. To my way of thinking, this was poor quality control.
Also, it is quite large for a milk carton, maybe 1.5X as big as a real one, which further undermines the realism. With such thin glass it felt like this big, breakable object. How much creamer do you need for tea/coffee unless you are serving 20 people?
There are a lot of casual creamers in this price range. I knew this one would be inconvenient to clean and breakable. Since it was also not cute, it went back.
