VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS BOOK WERE NOT LEFT BY PEOPLE WHO READ THE BOOK, BUT BY ANONYMOUS AMAZON USERS WHO ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT AMAZON LETS YOU REVIEW ANYTHING WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE. THOSE REVIEWERS ARE POLITICALLY-MOTIVATED SABOTEURS, NOT IMPARTIAL CRITICS OF ROOSH'S WORK. IF YOU ARE 'ON THE FENCE' ABOUT PURCHASING THIS BOOK, DO NOT PAY EVEN THE SLIGHTEST ATTENTION TO THOSE REVIEWS, THOSE PEOPLE *DID NOT* PURCHASE OR READ THE BOOK AND HENCE THEY ARE NOT EVEN REAL REVIEWS.

With that out of the way, Here are my impressions.

>>> In case somebody totally new to Roosh's writing is here, I'll include a word on the topic:

Free Speech Isn't Free is Roosh's play by play description of the Canadian media firestorm surrounding his speech there in August of 2015.

Roosh had been planning on holding a speech for men in Canada, similar to ones he'd held in Berlin, New York and D.C. Much to Roosh's surprise, his arrival in Canada was met with calls for him to be banned from the country, boycotted, and even criminally prosecuted.

The book (up to the point that I've read) is a play-by-play of what happened, including an overview of the events that you may have already read about, as well as some 'behind the scenes stuff' that you've likely never heard. Again I have to stress: I'm only about a third of the way through the book. I expect Roosh to cover a lot of ground I haven't yet mentioned as I'm already nearing the Chronological end of the story. According to the table of contents, there will be extensive appendices on subjects such as "how to survive an SJW attack" and "What is Neomasculinity?

I finished the book shortly after I downloaded it and I have had some time to think on the story and ideas presented. I was captivated enough I could not let the book wait until I got off work to finish it. Thank you kindle app.

I followed the events of the lecture tour closely on the forum when they were happening, so the narrative of the book was like reliving the events with a new clarity that only hindsight and Roosh's point of view could provide. Roosh's insights into his personal development through the course of the book demonstrated a section of the neomasculine ideals as well as the definitive article on neomasculinity did as he grew in real-time with his adversity.

The moments when Roosh revealed his private conversations with some of the forum members were inspirational - a reminder that true men of character exist outside the internet. The conversations with Mark from NY especially resonated with me, as I have been reading through the ESV Study Bible during my morning light box routine. Tipu deserves every bit of respect and good will his actions engendered too.

The chapters on Montreal and Toronto paint a grim picture of Canada. It truly seems like an Orwellian nightmare to someone who is awake to the reality of their social engineering.

I appreciated all the extras on the end as well. I did not realize I would receive those when I pre-ordered.

Most of the 1 star reviews have nothing to do with the contents of the book itself.

I read the pre-release manuscript. Not only does it mark Roosh's transition as a writer seamlessly, but it goes over a subject matter of increasing importance in our ever-easier-to-trigger society: the steadily continuing deprivation of free speech rights, by means legal and extra-legal.

"Free Speech Isn't Free" is an intimate, first-hand look into one man's unrelenting effort and exhausting sacrifice to take a stand for a right that is new in human history, but whose beneficiaries have grown complacent at their own peril. In his exhaustion, he shows how big the threat is, and how important our right to free speech is.

The SJW's congregating here to give the book a 1-star review without even reading it past the headline and byline shows the state of modern "journalism" of which they are pawns - a standalone complex based on lies and snowballing clickbait. They don't understand that they are the very people Roosh gutted so fully in this book.

Recommended. Everyone needs to know the scope of this problem. You can't be complacent. You could easily be next.

Reading history, one observes that big societal changes often seem to happen overnight. The French Revolution, the fall of communism, the victory of the Morlocks over the Eloi, and so on.

Yet each of these "sudden" changes only emerged after a lengthy period of unsustainable injustice. If you happen to be living through one of these periods, it may seem the current state of the world might never change. And then one day a baffled ¡Jeb! Bush wakes up from yet another nap to find he's been replaced by #Trump2016.

We're living through one of these periods when it comes to the confluence of technology and free speech. For over 40 years, Western governments and mainstream media have united to label anything opposed to the globalist narrative as hate speech. But we may finally be at a tipping point. A relatively small number of free speech advocates are the vanguard of an army who are disgusted with the elitist agenda's lies.

Roosh V is one of the original big three underground game & masculinity writers from over a decade ago. His book details what it is like right now for an independent, unaffiliated citizen to openly challenge the globalist narrative. The story is well-written and interesting for its own sake. But its real value lies in shining a light on how the issues he battles are affecting us all.

Free Speech Isn't Free shows just how easily Big Brother can attack you for speaking against The Narrative. The most powerful men in the world, let alone an average citizen, can be brought low by a timely false rape accusation. You can lose your income for noticing the wrong HateFacts about crime or women or immigration.
