Awesome song. Almost forgot about it but WOW! This song could be released today and it is still relevant, controversial, and showcases the artists' extraordinary abilities to harmonize as well as their top notch talent as individual singers. It bridges rock and R & B with a wild soulful lust. I remember the message of this song being controversial but I thought it was spot on for the times - not what a lot of people (both people of color and caucasians) wanted to hear...then or today. They took that criticism...smiled...and sang the message even louder - no apologies. My favorite line: "So I'm a sista, buy things with cash, that doesn't mean that all my credit's bad, nawooooo". What a great line!

Makes the afternoon bearable, as part of my listening cloud at work, when busy work needs me to focus and block the world out. Also, how can you go wrong. It's a song about prejudice, they wrote one, wanna hear it?

Love to hear EnVogue "rock out" with some drums and guitar action... great sound quality, sounds similar to what you would hear on the radio, but with a little more guitar action...

Loved this song from the first listen. Play it on the kindle often. Lyrics say it all. Another reminder not to judge a book by its cover. Good beat.
