    He is also the host of the weekly video podcast BSDNow.tv, and previously hosted TechSNAP.tv

    Allan is a FreeBSD and OpenZFS committer, working on varied projects throughout the systems space.

    He taught FreeBSD and NetBSD at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Canada from 2007-2010 and has 17 years of BSD UNIX sysadmin experience.
