The author, Rashelle Johnson, did offer one neat freezer idea and that was how to freeze wine for up to a year.
There is an active table of contents making navigation easy.
Recommend.
Starts out with what a freezer meal is and then how to plan to make them, a bunch at a time.
Talks about what foods can be frozen and for how long.
Recipes do not have nutritional information and no pictures.
The recipes do include the list of ingredients, how to make the meal and freeze it and how to prepare it once thawed out.
Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
The book is brief but the author has supplied some valuable information. Especially in her lists of things that freeze well and things that don't. She also gives tips on what components to freeze separately and which are OK to mix together before freezing as well cooking and packaging tips for both before and after freezing.
Her recipes look reasonable and enjoyable are mostly things that my family would eat. There's a little problem with the naming of a couple of the recipes though. There is no pork in the Pork Fried Rice and no meatballs in the Spaghetti and Meatballs. She lists chicken for the rice and the spaghetti has a simple meat sauce.
Despite the naming glitches I think this book is a decent introduction to freezer meals.

Really nothing I wouldn't have known I could freeze beforehand ....wrap a chicken breast in bacon and freeze!!
Is that a recipe???
