You'll discover freezing tips, explanations about what to freeze and what not to freeze, thawing tips, preparation and much more. And then of course there are the recipes! I especially like the idea for Twice Baked Potatoes. I often used to buy frozen baked potatoes from M & M Meats but now I can make my very own and freeze them. And guess what, they taste much better than the bought ones! Why didn't I think of that before?
Another of the recipes I loved was the Zingy Ginger Chicken. It is absolutely delicious, there's no other word for it! Serve it with fried rice, which you can also freeze, by the way. Then take just a few minutes and make up a fresh veggie stir fry (you can cut the veggies the night before) and you have a complete meal.
I highly recommend this book.

P.S. I made the Chicken and Artichoke Soup with Basil. It was AWESOME. Great combination of flavors. I need to figure out how to can it for year around use. It is hearty enough for winter and light enough for summer. This one recipe is worth the whole book. I will edit again with the next tried recipe.
Love this book because not only does it give you information on how to safely prepare the food, before during and after cooking but how to reheat it. And especially the nutritional information about the dish is included.
Features all kinds of meats and poultry dishes along with vegetarian meals.
Chicken pot pie and pizza dough would be my favorites of things to freeze for use at a later time.
Some of the recipes you will find include:
Paleo Banana Bread
Gluten-Free Almond Cookies
Cheesy Potato and Rosemary Pizza
Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacos
Glazed Orange-Apricot Pork Chops
Paleo Green Bean and Parsnip Casserole with Chicken
Pearl Barley and Tomato Soup
Cheesy Green Beans
While most the recipes should interest most people, my meat-loving and eating family would probably not enjoy the recipes found in her cookbook. I liked her recipes except for the recipes containing nuts as I am allergic to nuts.
Recommend with caveats given.
The recipes in this book are not only considerate of the little time I have, but they are extremely easy to prepare! Aside from being easy I have found almost all of these recipes are nutritious! This book was worth more than the money I paid, it truly is a massive time savor.
Oh, and the recipes are extremely tasty. If you have a hectic schedule I'd grab this book right now!
Chicken burger patties are for dinner in our household this evening and I am making extra to freeze YUM!
