Very fussy about who I add to my collection. I love Hillary's expertise and food wisdom. I consider her on par with Ina Gardner, The Barefoot Contessa. So when I saw she was doing a French Dessert book I anxiously waited. She does not disappoint! Every thing I've made has been exquisite! I love her sharing about her life in France and stories about the recipes! European desserts are not generally as sweet as traditional American desserts and I like that! I also love how she has sectionalized the book.
Ce livre est superbe!
