You will learn from her experiences.
This is also an uplifting book with sound words of encouragement for anyone seeking guidance in life and those seeking the love of their life.
I HIGHLY recommend this book.
The scenes of battlefield triage and surgery are shocking, the more so in contrast
to other scenes of ministering to privileged classes on luxurious vacation.
She describes American medical practice from the inside, showing how patients become
dependent on prescriptions that interact to cause more harmful side-effects, and
how in her private practice she is free to spend enough time with each patient
to unravel these complications. The author has no harsh words for anyone met
in her extensive travels, but savors every minute of her exciting life.
