After years of being "meh" about cooking things in our slowcooker, and being tired of everything made in it coming out with the same boring taste/texture - this cookbook has really reinvigorated my desire to actually keep using ours. Easiest 5/5 star rating I've given any cookbook to date.

I purchased it for one daughter, who has a relatively new interest in cooking. The recipes are simple to follow, clear and there is a good variety of cuisines. Her confidence in the kitchen has grown so I"m happy with the purchase. We have had some good meals put on the table.
For me, personally, I probably wouldn't have kept it for myself. The recipes are good, but haven't blown me away. This book didn't excite me like I was hoping. On the other hand, my daughter is loving it!!
in the end, i believe it's a great book if you're starting to meal plan; decide to cook at home more often; or want to try some new dishes.
