Freshware 3-Piece Bamboo Cutting Board Set is sure to find a valuable place in any kitchen! The three boards included in this set cover a variety of food prep, cutting and serving needs at an outstanding value. The 13-inch board is perfect for cutting meat. The 11-inch board is ideal for cutting favorite fruits and vegetables. And the lightweight 8-inch board is excellent for slicing garnishes or serving a selection of delicious cheeses and meats. Crafted from natural, sustainable Moso bamboo, these boards are lightweight, durable and gentle on knives. The large and medium boards also include a carrying handle to hang for storage or for easier carrying. When the food prep is done, the boards wipe clean easily with hand washing; they should not be soaked or washed in the dishwasher. Boards measure 13" by 9-1/2", 11" by 8-1/2" and 8" by 6"; each board is 3/8" thick.
