Safe to use in the Oven, Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, Steamer and Dishwasher. Top rack dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
What Is A Pinch Test? Cheaper brands often use plastic fillers in their silicone products, so it is not safe for high-temperature baking. Pinch and twist a bit of the silicone, if it turns white, it’s got fillers as 100% pure silicone will retain its color.

I also like the construction and the fact that they are BPA free. I have purchased other silicone molds for baking, and I have a big sticking problem which makes them a pain to clean. I'm going to buy another set to use for baking. I don't want to use the same ones for two different purposes.
I highly recommend this product.
Other than that, it feels so durable, I believe it should last for a long time. Perfect butter blocks every time! Thank you, Freshware!!
I like the size, I don't like it that muffins stick horribly unless greased with Crisco or comparable. I have two molds/pans. I usually make about 120 sausage and egg muffins at a session. I grease each cavity with a dab of Crisco after wiping out crumbs and stuck dough from previous cooking. Works OK, but tedious. I am considering trying a metal pan for easier handling; cleaning and greasing floppy silicone is frustrating and inefficient.
Hint. Don't wipe up spills/splatters on silicone before baking. Thicker blobs are easier to remove after baking than thin smears from wiping prior to baking.
Now for the data. I see many different reports of cavity size.
The following data are for the 12-cavity Petite.
The sides are flat, but not vertical.
Length at top is 2.8"/74mm
Length at bottom is 2.6"/68mm, estimate, bottom has radius rather than a sharp corner
Width at top is 1.9"/49mm
Width at bottom is 1.6"/42mm, estimate, bottom has radius rather than a sharp corner
Corner radius at top is nominally 0.375"/8.4mm, measured with 3/4" diameter cylinder, very close fit, much better than 5/8" or 7/8" cylinder.
Volume 2.6 fl. oz. / 72 ml Measured using water and kitchen scale. Surface tension will enable water to "stack" to 3 fl. oz. / 85 ml.
Credentials. Worked in quality control for a while measuring small, molded silicone industrial products. Silicone is soft, difficult to measure with ordinary calipers, but it can be done reasonably well with patience and experience. I was tempted to fill with water and measure the ice, but, that, too, has its pitfalls. The above should be sufficient for most applications.
