If you own both bras, you know that the material (specifically of the straps) is very different between them. I haven't looked into the actual material details, but the "Spotlight" feels much silkier and has a bit more stretch to it-- the Spotlight straps sort of feel a bit like ribbons, if that makes sense. However, this product has straps which are particularly thick and sturdy-- it's good because they don't "self adjust" during the day-- but the con is that the material is sort of rough. After wearing this bra for a while, I started getting skin irritations where the straps hit my upper back. If this happens, I highly recommend loosening the straps a bit, as this can happen when they are too tight. But if you have really sensitive skin and/pr plan on wearing this bra for long hours and several days, I think the Spotlight would be much better. However, I haven't owned this product for a long time and have only washed it a few times, so it's possible that the material will improve after repeated use/washes.
Overall, I will probably wear this bra once in a while, when I need a good nude colored bra for my outfit, but it's just not as comfortable as the "Spotlight" (which for some reason was only available in navy polka dot...) , in part due to the straps, but also that it just doesn't feel as silky or have the same slight stretch as the other does.
Trying again with the right size I think it would be excellent, I bought a 32ff last time, I needed a 30gg or 30h.
People are rating this bra low just because the sizing is in UK, that doesn't make it a bad bra. THEY should have checked first and not rated the quality bad because they made a mistake. I also have the other freya we go that has higher cups, I love freya brand.
However, I've had it now less than a month and the underwire is poking through the side and scraping my breast. Not ok. So now I have a pretty expensive bra that is un usable after only 3 weeks.
