gorgeous tool, satin smooth
great curvature at the business end, making it ideal for moving food in a skillet or sauté pan.
Angled in a way that makes it almost perfect for right-handed people to maneuver.
A bit on the narrow side, but not too skinny
The handle is kind of flat, another minor drawback
Seriously, the angled edge makes it really difficult for a southpaw like me to get into the corners of my pans. Otherwise, I'd give it 4 stars. Will keep looking for a left-handed version.
I bought some for me and for my sister too. They are thin enough at the edge to get under a fried egg and flip it.
