The characters are based on the short animated movie, Friends with Fins. About the Author

Jaclyn Friedlander (Author) has always been passionate about ocean conservation. She volunteers at the aquarium in Santa Monica, CA in her free time from her career in the entertainment industry. She primarily works as an actress in commercials and feature films. She also has produced several successful projects, including a video version of Friends with Fins that runs at the Aquarium. For more information about the book series, the video, or to contact Jaclyn visit www.friendswithfins.com Christian Hahn (Illustrator) is a 14 year old 8th grader who lives in Florida. Christian enjoys drawing and illustrating comics and short stories that he writes. He also loves acting in plays and screen acting whenever he gets the chance. His favorite school subject is drama. Christian has a pet pig named Bob, a dog named Max, and a younger sister, Jenna.

With a story that offers a variety of sea critters with darling personalities and talents ranging from playing saxophone to comedy acts and puppetry, young readers will enjoy the talent show and also learn some interesting marine and ecological facts along the way.
