The filter still has the NSF certification but is no longer made in the USA. Previously these filters were listed as "Made in the USA with globally sourced materials". The picture advertising this product still clearly shows the filter with the same wording, however when it arrived and I inspected it before installing, it now says "Made in Singapore". I was frustrated and went to my local big box store...same thing. It is obviously a Frigidaire change and not Amazon, but it would be nice to have a USA option and more than that have factual advertising for the product being offered. Will be returning. Clear Choice CLCH128 is a direct replacement that is made in the USA. It does not have the NSF certification but that is the only claimed difference.
