A great read for teens and adults still young at heart. Laugh and cry with these awesome girls and see what mischief they can get themselves into. I can hardly wait for the next book. <3 U Monster!
I'm not a fan of fantasy and even though these characters are girls named after Disney princesses, which tends to be fantasy, this is real life and how real girls might react to having names like Cinderella, Ariel, Snow White, and Belle. At first they fight it, for example, Cinderella gets teased if her shoes fall off, and after a few bad experiences with that, she always wore combat boots. Just like the ones in the cover, those things will never fall off. Snow White hated apples, and the kids at school were always breaking into her locker to fill it with apples. Ariel never swims. Aurora has trouble sleeping and is terrified of falling asleep in class because a boy tried to kiss her awake once. I loved reading about how these girls dealt with the things that bothered then and then triumphed in the end. Cinderella finally made the switch to cute sandals instead of combat boots. These books were just so fun to read, so entertaining, and I couldn't put them down.
In the end I still love the Princess sisters. I hope Carroll continues to work on the series (and if you are reading this I hope it isn’t a long series….so many great indy authors go past 3 or 4 books and then they just lose my interest). SPOILERS***** I want to know about Snow White’s dad. I want to know if Scott and Cinderella will have a HEA (oh please!!!!!!), and finally I want to know if Belle will ever see Dave as more than a friend again.
