Loose green tea is sometimes difficult to locate and buy. I keep it on hand to make my husband's ice tea which he loves better than tea bags.
I use 1 rounded tablespoon loose green tea and 2 rounded tablespoons loose Oolong black tea added to 6 cups boiled water. Turn off the heat, cover and allow to steep several hours. Strain and bottle when cool. Refrigerate. I make ice cubes from this and my husband adds it to his thermos of filtered ice water with Stevia powder to taste. This is the only way I can get him to drink water. Green tea is especially good for circulation, energy, even depression. The list of benefits is endless.
