The author talks about how she ate fruit desserts as a part of her weight loss efforts a while back and she has been successful in keeping the pounds off. Sounds like the kind of thing I needed to learn about.
What I found in this book are some very creative and delicious, "sweet tooth satisfying" fruit desserts that are of a diet and weight loss nature. What fun!
If you enjoy your dessert and don't want to miss this part of the meal when you are dieting, the recipes in this book are definitely worth a try.

The book includes mouthwatering and low calorie recipes that are easy to make. I especially love the fruit and pudding dessert. The recipe is a combination of pudding, gelatin and fruits.
