I use this belt at least twice per week, every week. Does it look super cool? No, but you know what would be worse? Dehydration or cutting your runs short. I always wear this on runs that last longer than an hour. I see lots of people that carry fluids in their hands and that doesn't make sense to me. If you are on a shorter run, just use one bottle, you certainly don't have to always carry both. The other good thing about it is that when you train with a fuel belt on, once you take it off for short races (such as a 5K) you instantly feel lighter. I like training with mine and if I ever lost it, I would be ordering another one within 48 hours. I was initially "teased" by a coworker for buying this, but it encourages longer runs as there is no worry about whether or not I will be able to find fluids while I am out. I am very, very glad I bought this.

Terrible - Velcro does not hold

This is the 6th (and last) fuel belt I have purchased. Early versions were great, didn't bounce, ride up or come unfastened. I get it these wear out, but I hadn't had this one 2 months before the Velcro stopped holding the belt closed. I have learned to use safety pins to hold the belt to my shorts so it doesn't ride up and to supplement the lack of hold from the Velcro. The only thing I carry is one bottle and my iPhone in the pouch so it's not like I am putting a massive strain on the thing. The first two fuel belts lasted a couple of years, subsequent models beginng with the helium have gotten progressively worse. The R20 Revenge didn't last 2 months before the Velcro complete quit. The belt is completely useless at this point and the manufacturer could care less.

Great way to stay hydrated on a run

Where I live it tends to get hot and humid, and as an avid runner, I need a way to cool off and stay hydrated. I actually had never had a hydration belt, but after going on long runs and feeling the effects of the heat, I knew it was time to purchase one. The price was right where I was looking to spend, and it seemed like it was decent quality. The timliness of the shipping was excellent, and the actual belt was exactly what I was looking for. I really like having the little pocket to put my car keys and ID in. The water bottles are easily accessible while running, and don't leak. My only complaint (if you even want to call it that) is that the belt tends to slide from side to side, and I find myself having to adjust it as I run. However, I do have an hourglass figure so that could be part of the issue. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this to those who have never had a hydration belt before.

Velcro closure not ideal

Just the right belt for a 10k to half marathon. Bottles are easy to slip in and out while running and are very well secured. The zip pocket is a bonus. You can remove it if you don't need it. I keep two gel pouches in it.
I do not like the Velcro closure, I must say this is the next generation of Velcro not your usual hook and loop. It stays put very well. Unfortunately is has very sharp edges and seams which can cause paper cuts of you are not careful and can catch on your dri fit clothing. I would much prefer a clip belt.

I loved the idea of the one size fits all, but I find that it loosens on me and the velcro has actually come loose and the belt has fallen off of me twice. I also find that it shifts around my waste. I'll be looking for something else.

Good but can ride up on hourglass figures

It feels natural on my lower hips and doesn't bounce around (really don't even feel it or hear the water sloshing around). However, it doesn't seem to want to stay in place and just keeps riding up. I should note this could be due to my hourglass figure (small waist and large hips) but I have to constantly push it down and adjust it while running which gets a little old. I don't think there would be a hydration belt that wouldn't do this on me because the weight of the bottles give it a little momentum to migrate upwards on my specific body type (I don't have this problem with lighter non-water belts). Even still, i love it because it hugs my hips perfectly and was the most comfortable (by far) compared to others I tried on in the store.
The bottles are too small so I need to upgrade to the larger ones. They don't leak on me and they're fairly easy to open and close (but not with my teeth). It's true what they say about not being able to insert them with one hand easily though; most times i end up needing one hand to hold the clip while the other inserts the bottle because the clip can be too flexible.
The side pocket fits my iPhone 4 snugly. There is no way it would fit anything larger (like a longer iPhone 5) and won't fit my husbands Samsung galaxy without leaving it unzipped (not recommended).
Love the color-it's not as fluorescent as the picture seems. Get lots of compliments on it.
Overall, it's the best way to carry water while running that I can find. Just wish it didn't ride up is all... Maybe I can duck tape it... ;)

I have no CONS to mention. Well, the big plastic tag which I thought was a buckle at first, is bad environmentally.

The product is well made and works as advertised.
The contoured bottles are comfortable to have on your waist.
The bottle holders are secure and easy to use.
The small pouch is light and great for a few small items like a cell phone, cash, credit card, or keys.
No problems with belt adjustment.
No special cleaning. When I come back from jogging sweating, I just toss R2O in a bucket of water and hang out to dry.

The little pouch is great for storing additional things like Gu or your keys, etc. The zipper on mine broke so I can't use the pouch anymore. The belt sits comfortably around my waist -- you don't really want this on your hips as it will bounce. It sits very comfortably though around the smallest part of your waist.

I ordered this fuel belt as I was tired of carrying a bottle in my hands, I've been know to dump even the oval bottles after a few miles they got so irritating. I ordered this fuel belt for marathon training and I can say it has not disappointed me. I wear it more on my hips as that is where it is comfortable for me and have found personally I like the bottles off to the side on my left hip to avoid the weight in the front of me. The bottles are easy to access & replace and the velcro feels sturdy enough to last for a long time. The pouch is small so I bought an extra pouch from the local sports shop to hold my shot bloks and extra NUUN tabs, it would be great if the supplier carried a few of the official larger pouches as to me that would be an easy sell. Overall I am a very happy runner with a fantastic fuel belt :-)
