David Erb is a writer, editor, and publisher. He has been a mechanic, service manager, and teacher most of his life. During the 1960s and 70s, he was a service representative for the Ford Motor Company and taught Ford Division service school for several years. For 16 years he has been a teacher of things mechanical at both college and secondary levels. He currently teaches high school in an ASE certified automotive technician program. Mr. Erb produces the publication of the J.I. Case Collectors Association, Inc., Old Abes News, with subscribers in the United States and many off-shore countries.
