You can brew Longjing tea using a teapot with a strainer if you make the drink for a few family members.

It is beautiful to watch the flat-leaf shape unfurl into nice whole leaves while steeping in the pot. Importantly, our pure leaf green tea can be brewed up to 2-3 times.

How to brew Chinese Dragon Tea?

Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp dragon well tea, pour a small amount of boiling water into the teapot, and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.

After that pour 8 fl. oz of boiling water which is about 80-85°C (175-185°F) and cover the teapot for 2-4 minutes before serving.

Much fresher than my current stash, good flavor, but a lot of broken leaves, and a TON of stems. I used to travel for work 3 or 4x a year, usually to Jiangsu Provence, or around there. LongJing is my fave tea now. This is good, but nowhere near as good as first flush stuff, (With no stems, lol)
