Desde que decidí comprarlas lo hice porque me inspiró mucha confianza que son 8 cápsulas por cada porción, porque nunca he entendido con meten en una sola cápsula tantos nutrientes, me encanta que tiene Colina, y que no tiene hierro, eso me dio mucho más confianza porque el hierro y calcio no deben estar combinados porque afectaría la absorción, y ahora que las estoy tomando y dejé las otras, se me quitaron las náuseas que tenía, son super gentiles con mi estómago, a mí no me parece que tenga un olor fuerte, son fácil de tomar, no tiene colorantes, lo cual también me encanta.Confío muchísimo en este suplemento, tengo 7 semanas y lo tomaré todo el embarazo y después también.
