An entry level package was the way to go for me, but I didn't want to compromise on quality that I would end up with something that would sink on me in the middle of a lake!
After comparing quality and prices, this particular SUP package caught my eye. The day it was delivered, I took it out of the box and inflated it in my living room. Once I had the pump fixture figured out, it worked perfectly. I was able to inflate the board in about five minutes with moderate effort. The board was rigid and sturdy. The material looks well put together, and it's much like a pool liner only much thicker. I was able to attach the fins easily and take them off. They seemed to be sturdy as well.
I also appreciated that this SUP came with a waterproof phone case, a leash, a backpack to carry the board in and a repair kit. It's the perfect entry level package.
For its maiden voyage, I took it out to a large pond with my 8 year old son sitting cross-legged near the bow. Although it felt tippy at first once I found my balance, it was perfect! We never tipped the entire time I took my son for a ride. I was able to maneuver the board easily. We loved it from our first ride!
Packs nicely and travels well. Very happy, it met our goals.
The pros great graphics, deck pad and tie downs, rigidity of the board at 13psi, tracked way better than I thought an inflatable would. Lightweight, easy to carry super easy to deflate and store.
The cons it needed to seriously air out, I don't have the arm strength to fully inflate it but I knew that going into the purchase so I bought an attachment for the car air pump and I was all set. I used the included pump for the first 8psi to speed up the process and that was honestly about when my arms were over it.
I loved the ease of use of the inflatable. I think this set up was worth every penny and only time will tell how it holds up.
My friend and I each purchased one and picked a spot just about the same distance each to go paddle.

Pros:
*The weight. I have a 12’6 carbon board which is only 24lbs, but this one feels much lighter than that. I guess you can really tell the difference of 7 lbs. This is important for kids or small women to carry around and for travelling as well.
*Easily assembled. To inflate the board to about 14psi, it costs me 5 min on average (so far, I’ve tried 5 times). It’s relatively easy to get to 10 psi and then it’s getting a little harder for each additional psi. It wasn’t a big problem for me, but my girl said she needs a rest before taking it to water. As some other reviewers have mentioned, the pump does feel cheap. I don’t know how long it can last. It’s not a double stage or a two chamber hand pump (like titan pump from Red), I can’t tell if those will make life easier. My plan is to get an electric pump for my girl so that she won’t get exhausted before paddling without me. And I suggest getting an electric one if you have more than two boards.
*Stability. It can’t be more stable for a 33” wide board. I don’t feel any difference between inflatable SUP and hard one in terms of stability if not better.
*Extras. Except for the paddle, backpack, fins, pump and repair kit, I found safety leash and waterproof phone case in the package which is not normally included from other brands. They are not that expensive, but it’ll save some time and ~$30, and make it truly ready to go package. The waterproof phone case doesn’t float though.
Cons:
* The paddle is heavy. Well, this is not a fair comparison because I’m comparing it to my $$$ carbon fiber paddle. I can confirm it floats on water (For how long I’m not sure, < 30 min?).
* Not for experienced paddler. It’s great for leisure or yoga purpose, but it’s not for serious racers because it bows a lot when you have your back muscles, shoulders, arms and abs all involved in paddling.
