I'm not sure what she see's in him but whatever.. I mean it's not like Kit Harrin.. *Knock* *Knock* Excuse me one second..
Yeah, Ok so it's a great mini but I fear I may never see my wife again. She's upstairs, in bed with her little friend watching on demand episodes of GoT.. I have nothing to be worried about.. Right?
All in all, I totally dig him and think he's totally worth $10.
In the forests of the night;
What immortal hand or eye,
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?
In what distant deeps or skies.
Burnt the fire of thine eyes?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand, dare seize the fire?
And what shoulder, & what art,
Could twist the sinews of thy heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand? & what dread feet?
What the hammer? what the chain,
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? what dread grasp,
Dare its deadly terrors clasp!
When the stars threw down their spears
And water'd heaven with their tears:
Did he smile his work to see?
Did he who made the Lamb make thee?
The Lord Commander has graced us with his presence......
They are well made with good attention to the details of the individual characters which they are able to capture while maintaining the product's minimalist vibe.
I bought this one for my son for Christmas as he is a collector of the figures so it went over well. I have to admit that I find myself drawn to the possibility of collecting them too.
The back of his cape also has some pretty significant scuff marks that stand out. They must not inspect these things before selling them because this is a new item that is in used condition to me.
And the box it came in is a bit bent up, which isn't that big of a deal because I don't plan on it staying in the box, but I think it adds to my opinion about how concerned they are about the quality of their products.
Overall it is a pretty neat figure though. It's actually much bigger than I expected it to be, which is great and I think it's really good for the price. I would consider buying another, but I feel like I'd be taking a risk of getting a bad one.
I would honestly return this item though to try to get a better one if it wasn't for the fact that I'm giving it to someone as a birthday gift and I'm not sure if I'd get a replacement in time.
