However, G Form pads/guards run small. Use the G-Form measurement sizing chart. If you are between sizes, pick the bigger one. I'm only 5ft 1inch tall weighing 120pounds. I wear a Medium Knee-Shin Guard and a Small elbow pad when I usually buy XS for most clothes.
I haven't ridden with them yet but I've washed them (no problem) and wore them around the house (cause that's what you do when you get something new). They feel kind of weird, like your pants have fallen down, but once you get use to that they're comfy.
I plan to use them for BMX and wanted something that would fit under my jeans. Right now it's too warm for jeans and they look ridiculous with shorts. The weather is shifting, so they seem like they'll do just fine for a little extra protection for my shins and knees.
4 stars because they're functional, washable and the reduced rate makes them the best value for money right now, but they look very Borg in shorts and sizing is awkward.
Oh and I purchased these November 2017 but manufacturers date says 2015!!??
Don't get hot
CONS- They don't cover entire shin so kinda useless for shin protection
Too thin of padding. Won't protect against nasty falls or rocks.
