I just received the Truly Garden 3 piece Garden Tool set and I must say that I am impressed with the quality of the product, especially at the price. Each tool is perfectly crafted and are exactly what I was looking for. I have gardened for many years and have gone through many cheap plastic tools, they just don't hold up. But, these tools will surely last for a long time. I like the idea of metal garden tools, they are more sustainable than plastic. I am trying to cut plastic out of my life and these were a great solution. Also, there is no horrible plastic packaging, the tools are neatly tied to a piece of printed cardboard. The packaging is nice enough for gifting but not wasteful or excessive. Speaking of gifting, I will be purchasing more of these tools for holiday gifts this year. The people at Truly Garden really have an eye for quality and sustainable products.

Good company, poor packaging/shipping
I ordered this set of gardening tools as a gift. It arrived looking very used (scratched tools, Broken out of box). The seller contacted me immediately after viewing photos I submitted and shipped out a replacement. Sadly, the replacement arrived looking only a little bit better. I believe the problem is that the cardboard box the tools are mounted in is simply too weak to withstand shipping in a bag. The seller was great, and very helpful, but I don't feel I can give them as a gift, as I had intended. The tools look sturdy and the leather straps are nice. Based on the Scratches incurred in shipping, I expect they will scratch easily when gardening but the aluminum shouldn't rust.

It is 5º F today in Minnesota and I'm handling these cold garden tools, eager for gardening season! I have owned and lost Allen Simpson cast aluminum garden tools (now called "vintage" online--see Pinterest photo with plant), so I searched to replace them. The Truly Garden set that arrived today appear very sturdy, comfortable weight and grip, and have a lifetime guarantee. From years of digging on hands and knees, I predict that these tools will perform as well as the AS models. I am truly chuffed!

I wanted a nice set of minimal gardening tools and when I found these I was really happy because they were what I was looking for. Unfortunately, all the tools were loose and outside of its original packaging when I opened my Amazon box (I saw another review with the same problem about packaging). I’m pretty sure some of the scratches and dings were from being shaken inside the box while being delivered to me but I took some closer pictures of the metal and some of the scratches look as if they were literally scraped on a rough surface. I was hoping for a more pristine finish like in the model photos provided. It almost felt as if my tools were used before being sent off to me :/ Overall though, I still like the tools itself. They feel sturdy and are enough for a small garden grower. I was just expecting a better presentation.
